This event form is suitable for single day, non-retreat events that accept both in-person and virtual attendees. The featured image shows the In-Person Track, and the gallery image shows what is different when the attendee chooses Virtual Track.

This form has been configured for free events, which offers an optional donation feature. Once you receive your form, you will be able to modify the different options yourself and clone your event form when you want to run the event again at another time.
