Our marriage preparation form fully supports Three to Get Married events as well as other events that cater to unmarried couples. This form is flexible enough to handle events with a single attendance option, such as a strictly in-person or virtual Three to Get Married retreat, all the way to events that offer multiple options for their attendees. Each attendance option can have its own capacities, fees, waitlists, deadlines, and more!

Once you receive your form, you will be able to modify the different attendance options yourself and clone your event form when you want to run a similar event again at another time.
